Matt grew up in the South Eastern suburb of Berwick. He studied at the local Secondary College and once finished year 12 decided to accept an apprenticeship in the field of landscaping. After a 2.5 year stint Matt was seeking a new challenge in life and after seeing the results that his brother, Paul, had achieved he made the plunge and entered into the real estate industry.

Over the past 4 and a half years Matt has had the pleasure of being able to service the local Cranbourne, Cranbourne West, Cranbourne North & Botanic Ridge communities with their real estate needs from buying through to selling and anything in between. Together with the support of his team members Paul Ringeri & Antoinette Marshall he is a force to be reckoned with!

Still living in the surrounding suburbs he understands how much Cranbourne is growing as a town and with its thriving development he sees this area as being the “Gateway to the South East”. A big believer in the “1% things make a huge difference” Matt has seen firsthand the effects that going the extra mile can have. With a large, loyal client base and plenty of repeat/referral business Matt has made a huge impact at Ray White Cranbourne. His passion and enthusiasm for helping his customers move from Point A to Point B has been greatly appreciated.

Some of Matt’s biggest achievements in real estate include being nominated for Personal Assistant of the Year at the Ray White Annual Awards and, most recently, being nominated for the Young Person in Real Estate award, an achievement recognised by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), for young agents in real estate.

Outside of work Matt loves spending time with his wife, Eliza, whom he has the pleasure of partnering for the past 8 years. After enduring a lengthy building process they are both looking forward to many happy years at their new home in Pakenham. A keen golfer he tries to hit the fairways a couple of times a week and certainly doesn’t mind a good night out with his family and friends!
