Jen Ryder joined the Ray White Cranbourne team after owning and operating her own successful service based business for the past 9 years. Prior to being a business owner, Jen was busy raising two sons and working in a Merchandising/Sales role for a leading multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods manufacturer and supplier. Jen decided after many years of “thinking about making the move to real estate” to finally taking a leap of faith into the world of selling real estate and has a fresh, informal and open approach to working with her clients. Having leased, bought and sold many properties over a number of years, Jen fully understands the impulse, passion, frustration, excitement and also the commitment and dedication required to help her clients work their way through what is probably one of the most emotional experiences of their lives.  A true ‘service provider’ Jen goes to great lengths to ensure her clients are 100% satisfied during every step of the sales process, keeping you well informed and up to date with all processes and procedures.

To Jen, being happy and resolute in knowing that the service and support she provides is extremely personal and special to her clients, asking the right questions, negotiating the best possible outcome, being accountable, creating long term friendships and being the person her clients will always think to call when they’re ready to purchase, sell or invest, are key to her strong customer focussed success.

In her spare time, Jen tries to blow out the cobwebs bike riding local and regional trails, kayaking on the bay, walking her two Australian Shepherd dogs and often just spending precious relaxation time with her partner, friends and family, dining out, jiving to live music and sometimes just doing nothing!
