Administrative Consultant to Team Paul Ringeri

Rachael started her working life at the age of 15 for Woolworths. Over the next 10 years Rachael completed Year 12, Certificate 2 & 3 in Retail Operations and worked her way up the ranks to become the Deli Manager of a highly regarded store. This role entrenched Rachael with excellent customer service skills, organisation and time management skills and the ability to manage not only herself but a team, in a high stress and target driven environment.

With many influential people in her life working as Real Estate Agents, Rachael decided to make the career change in 2013 and joined another Ray White office in the role of Client Care/Administrations Manager. There her skills were refined and developed and her love of the business evolved into a passion for her work.

After 2 years Rachael was offered the opportunity to work alongside the multi-award winning Senior Sales Consultant Paul Ringeri at Ray White Cranbourne as his Administration Consultant. Rachael jumped at the opportunity and has since joined our company, bringing a wealth of enthusiasm and experience with her.

Since commencing with Ray White Cranbourne, Rachael has proven her dedication to the position and her passion for everything Real Estate. Rachael is hard working, has an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and has extensive knowledge of the industry.

Rachael’s main role revolves around the preparation of listing and sales files, liaising with conveyancers and brokers, running the accounts side of the business, ordering all marketing material and further behind the scenes tasks that keep the everyday running of the business going.

Rachael liaises with our clients throughout the whole process, providing support, information and being another port of call for whatever may arise. Rachael does so with the understanding of what it’s like to be both a vendor and a purchaser. After selling two properties, enduring a lengthy building process and through investing in a property herself, Rachael now fully understands the finer points of making a property transaction a positive experience.

One of Rachael’s biggest achievements in real estate so far includes being awarded the Number 1 Administrative Personal Assistant of the Year in Ray White VIC/TAS at the 2016 Annual Awards!

In her down time Rachael loves to be outside and enjoys exploring assorted walking trails, going on lengthy bush walks and seeing as much of Victoria as possible. Rachael also enjoys the simple things in life such as enjoying a good book and being around loved ones.

Always continually looking to improve and train, Rachael has definitely become a valued member of our team!
