Local Market Update March 2016

The market is hot at the moment and the team at Ray White Cranbourne has enjoyed one of its busiest and most successful months in the history of the company.

The rental department welcomed our new department manager Megan Harris and she settled in well and was busy from day one with the level of activity in the department this month. The BDM team of Ashley, Bridget and Eden were on fire and set a new PB for new listings. The numbers of new business has been consistent this year but March was a stand out with 40 new landlords joining us. A large number of these new landlords were either current landlords giving us another property or new landlords referred by current landlords. This in turn is providing plenty of stock and ensuring our rental list remained in excess of 30
throughout the month. Our letting team was also busy during the month and letting numbers exceeded one per day for March. This was a great follow up to our PB of 50 lettings last month. Other impressive numbers for the month were 149 routines conducted for the month, 33 rent increases, and 241 applications processed. We are also pleased to announce that Ashley competed in the Ray White BDM competition and
will be representing the Cranbourne office and Victoria at the annual Ray White property management conference next month, we wish him all the best.

The sales department had another fantastic month and continued the amazing results that the team have produced so far in 2016. The first quarter results have been a PB for the company and show no sign of
easing up. The team completed 40 sales for the month with the standouts for the month being team Ringeri, Kate (who has produced great results for all three months this year) and Chaminda who was
consistent as always. Listing numbers remained strong with more than one per day. Stand outs here were Paul, Kate and Matt Ringeri. March also saw Jay join us during the month and he will work closely with Thomas to develop his skills
