After Hours Maintenance

For urgent repairs outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm):

Please call our office on 03 5995 2003, follow the prompts, and leave a detailed voicemail clearly outlining the nature of the repair required. The on-call property manager will only return your call if the issue is classified as an urgent repair under the Residential Tenancies Act. All other matters will be responded to during business hours.
