Upon graduating in business and marketing at Monash University in 2015, James was offered a unique job offer to work with a property developer in Manchester, England. The role was highly diverse and challenging and allowed him to acquire an array of property knowledge regarding minor development, property management and also marketing various properties. In 2017, James went on to develop a luxury hotel on the Greek island of Santorini which had involved Greek language skills as well as the ability to deal with various professionals involving contracts, permits, renovation and also design.

Real Estate appealed to James from a young age after being raised by his single mum who had not owned her own home. Upon relocating to Europe for his role after university, it became clear that he had found property to be his passion and has since only worked in the property sector.

James passion is to satisfy landlords with top-notch customer service from the beginning of them deciding to rent their property. Backed with an abundance of knowledge and also his second to none ongoing support his goal is to ensure that clients feel valued and that they’re receiving the maximum return on their investment property in secure hands.
