Rahul Guruge

Initially commencing his studies at RMIT for a degree in IT, Rahul attained his Agents Representative certificate from REIV to move into Real Estate, an area of constant interest for him. Having lived his entire life in Melbourne's South East, Rahul possesses first-hand knowledge of the area and understands the market demographic. 

Rahul’s work ethic revolves around professionalism and high regard for honesty, in and out of the professional environment. He was captivated by Ray White due to the company's values mirroring his own. Rahul understands that effective communication, honesty and discipline is paramount when working with individuals or a team. 

The joy of helping people and knowing their satisfaction means a whole lot more to Rahul than monetary gain. He prides himself on genuinely helping people wherever he goes and whoever he works with and believes that “Doing what you love and loving what you do” is key to any successful endeavour. Real Estate is more about people and relationships than property to him.

Outside of work, Rahul loves playing Badminton, Tennis, Table Tennis and enjoys spending time with family and friends and out in the nature.
