Antoinette Marshall is another proud member of the team at Ray White Cranbourne.

As the Administration Co-Ordinator and fiancée to award winning Senior Sales Person Paul Ringeri her behind the scenes work cannot be underrated and her skills and local knowledge have been a huge factor in Paul’s long term success.

Antoinette spent a majority of her growing up years in the Bayside suburb of Chelsea and attended Kilbreda Secondary College. As a loving mother to Taylah, Antoinette also has a Certificate IV in Hospitality, majoring in Patisserie.

With a huge passion for people and serving the community she felt that the best way to combine the two would be to enter the field of real estate and to create a family based business with Paul and his brother, Matthew, under the Ray White banner.

Antoinette’s major roles include taking care of all things “marketing” and she has been the key to assisting Paul with maintaining his large database of past and present clients.

Her number one goal is to make sure that the business is structured and organised allowing Paul the extra time that he needs to deal with the day to day duties of running a real estate based business, namely servicing vendors and negotiating sales.

After recently enduring a lengthy building process Antoinette now understands the finer points of making a property transaction a positive experience.

Outside of work she always enjoys a fun night out with “the girls” and has great pride in adding to her extensive shoe collection as regularly as possible.
