Introducing Carolyn Hempel – Personal Assistant to Paul Ringeri. Carolyn’s career in Real Estate began 10 Years ago when she started with Judd Real Estate in Berwick, this company was sold to MPRE (Harcourts) where she worked for six years. Carolyn then went to work for Elizabeth Treonze Real Estate in Berwick, before being offered a fantastic opportunity to become a member of the Ray White Cranbourne Team, as Administrative Consultant to Paul Ringeri.
Originally from a customer service background, after buying and selling several times, Carolyn decided real estate would be a great business to be in. Seeing a lack of good customer service in the companies she had dealt with, made it her mission to make sure whatever she did in real estate, customer service would be her number 1 focus.
Carolyn prides herself in being organised, and helping others with their organisation. She loves the interaction with vendors and purchasers, her role also allows her to be creative and loves being part of a great team, knowing she can help make a difference.
Carolyn believes a good sense of humour is a must working in this industry. Also learning not to sweat the small things, and getting the job done, and done well. Being organised is definitely the big key to enjoying the day too.
In her spare time Carolyn enjoys going 4 wheel driving and camping with her husband. Relaxing at home with a cold glass of wine and a good movie is also a favourite past time. Spending time with friends and family is always treasured too.
