Cranbourne Duo Recognised as Aussie Elite

Ray White Cranbourne’s, Matthew Dewan and Paul Ringeri, were today recognised by Real Estate Business magazine as being among Australia’s most successful agents, taking out 27th and 93rd spots respectively in their annual, “Top 100 Agents in Australia” listing.

The highly respected, national industry magazine’s criteria for the sought after listing includes; number of sales; number of support staff; and total dollar value of properties sold for 2011.

Matthew has taken the real estate industry by storm with his meteoric rise to success, and is only one of two agents listed in the top 30 with less than five years experience.

More staggeringly, Matthew is listed as equal sixth across the entire country in the total volume of properties sold.

Paul also tracked well at 93rd spot overall, coming in the top 20 agents for volume with 85 sales for the reporting period.
