On Saturday the 3rd of March, the team from Ray White Cranbourne took home a staggering eight awards in what can only be described as the “Oscars” of the Victorian and Tasmanian Ray White Group. With the glitz and glamour of Crown’s Palladium Ballroom as their backdrop, and all guests decked out in their finest black tie, the only thing missing from the prestigious evening was the red carpet.
“We knew we’d had a great year so we went in with high expectations, but none of us anticipated such an outstanding showing,” said Cranbourne CEO, Mark Guthrie, of scooping the pool.
“I’m extremely proud of my entire team and the recognition from corporate head office, as well as from our peers across two states, makes us want to strive for even greater results for our customers in 2012,” he said.
The most prestigious award of the evening, number one salesperson (based on overall sales figures), went to Cranbourne’s, Matthew Dewan. He was also awarded the honour of the number one residential agent for the entire Ray White network, beating a field of highly respected agents, both Australia wide and internationally. Finally, Matthew secured the number two position for the actual number of sales for the year.
“Matty’s results are truly outstanding. And made even more amazing by the fact that he has only been selling real estate for four years,” said Mark.
The PA of the year award went to, Cranbourne’s Daniel Gallagher, for his work within the Dewan sales team. Daniel beat a very strong field and was congratulated for his dedication.
“It’s great to see a young up-and-comer acknowledged and rewarded for a great team effort. This award was much sought after and Daniel was a really deserving winner,” said Mark.
Possibly the greatest surprise and delight to the Cranbourne team on the night was the outstanding improvement made by agent, Paul Ringeri. In 2010, he was ranked in 17th spot for salespeople across the group. In 2011, he made the impressive climb to number three.
“This is an amazing and very well deserved result for Paul. He, along with his entire team, deserves all the accolades for such a fantastic result,” commented Mark.
The Cranbourne team further scooped the pool with Loan Market representative, Josh Bartlett, awarded the Best Broker of the Year for Financial Services.
“The work Josh has done with our clients over the last few months has been outstanding and he is already leading the field for the top lenders award for 2012. Watch this space and remember his name for the future,” said Mark.
Finally, Conchita Jasmy, was the winner of the Front Office Manager award for best receptionist within the group.
“Conchita truly has one of the hardest and most demanding roles within the office. This award was well deserved and shows the hard work and patience shown by Conchita. It really reflects the passion and pride she shows in her work every day,” said Mark.
Overall, the Cranbourne team also scooped several group awards, including:
Number one for the number of exclusive sales;
Number two for all sales (regardless of commission); and
Number six for total commission.
When you consider the quality of the offices across the Ray White network, this truly is an amazing result for the Cranbourne team and a reflection on its passionate leader.
“The quality and quantity of awards is a true indication of the hard work and professionalism of the team at Ray White Cranbourne,” commented Mark at the conclusion of formalities.
