Residents of several Clyde estates are celebrating the opening of a major road connecting them with Cranbourne. The final missing link in Linsell Boulevard Cranbourne East, was recently completed, finally linking Berwick – Cranbourne Road and Narre Warren – Cranbourne Road.
A resident of Casscades on Clyde estate said the opening of the boulevard meant a saving of up to seven kilometres for each return trip. “People are just ecstatic! It makes such a difference.” Residents of Casscades on Clyde and Selandra Rise can now reach schools and childcare centres in Cranbourne East and the Cranbourne town centre with the lengthy and circuitous trip.
