Local Market Update December 2016

It’s been a busy but productive year in 2016 for the team at Ray White Cranbourne and the year finished strongly with a record breaking December to top it off. There were some outstanding results reported in December both for the office and individually with Paul Ringeri ranked number 92 for the month and the office being ranked number 36 internationally. These results are from over 1000 offices, nearly 10,000 agents and over 10 countries, an outstanding result and true reflection of the team. The sales team were busy in December with a sale a day and a listing a day, very impressive for a short month due to Christmas, and finished the year with a record December. The rental team were similarly placed with a letting a day and a new management / landlord joining us per day. The month also saw Jason Keller joining our team as our new rental department manager and we look forward to this experience and input to our team in the years to come.

It’s been an amazing year of growth and new records through the year and a very good marketplace. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all members of our team for all the hard work and long hours to achieve the fantastic results we have this year. I would also like to thank all our clients for trusting us though out the year and for their business in 2016. I look forward to an even bigger 2017 and to set new records again next year.
