Local Market Update

The spring market is well and truly upon us and the team at Ray White Cranbourne have all been very busy in the month of September. The market remains strong with a lack of stock available, low days on market and multi offers on many properties both sales and rentals.

The rental department enjoyed one of its best overall months ever with plenty of hard work being done to achieve some outstanding results. The leasing department set a new record with 45 lettings for the month. This was created from 357 inspections, 383 applications processed and almost 2500 enquiries. This is just another example of the work that the team does to ensure we have only the best tenants in our properties for the benefit of our landlords. Our new business department had a very good month and our property managers were busy conducting routines, condition reports, and chasing arrears. Bree was the standout this month in this area and is posting some great low levels of arrears.

The sales department had another very consistent month and a very good team effort. The team achieved in excess of a listing a day and very close to a sale a day for the month. It was great to see the young guns stepping up with Brandon, Mark and Daniel all contributing to the overall result. The stand out for the month though was Dwayne who set a new record of 25 offers in a month. Overall it was a great team effort by everyone.

The year is starting to come to an end and those wishing to sell and move this year are running out of time. The market remains very strong and if you are considering selling or leasing now is a great time.
