Ray White Cranbourne Top Business

A real estate industry publication has evaluated and ranked the top real estate sales offices in the nation and local business Ray White Cranbourne has ranked 35th in Australia.

Business owner Mark Guthrie reported that their 13 salespeople had sold 343 properties in the last financial year.

Their sales values totalled over $132m and the office was able to sell 72 per cent of the properties they put on the market. This is almost unheard for the majority of real estate businesses in Australia.

Ray White Group’s chairman Brian White noted that Ray White Cranbourne’s placing plus Ray White’s Rockingham (WA) ranking at the top, followed by Ray White Glen Waverley’s (VIC) ranking as second best, was a significant achievement.

“It’s a remarkable industry coup,” Mr White said.
