Rent Event Results – While the weather may not have been on our side with one of the wettest days of the year our Rent Event was a great success held on Friday May 25th.
The State Wide initiative was to open over 1000 homes in Victoria throughout the Ray White network.
The team at Ray White Cranbourne opened over 20 properties and although the open home numbers weren’t spectacular the quality was very high. Many tenants mentioned it was great to have the ability to view so many homes during the day. A large number of applications were received during the day and we received many more in the proceeding days.
It was a great opportunity for landlords to have extra exposure for their properties in such a highly competitive marketplace.
CEO Mark Guthrie said that “the weather might not have been the greatest, but the results speak for themselves and we will definitely be part the event next time too”.
