Cranbourne home to top 50 real estate business in Australia

There are many tens of thousands of real estate agents and agencies in Australia, but one of our locals is considered among the very best in the nation.

A local real estate agency has been ranked as the 13 strongest business across all brands in Australia by industry news site Real Estate Business.

The real estate industry news site has evaluated and ranked the top real estate sales offices in the nation and local business Ray White Cranbourne has ranked 13th this year after ranking 35th in Australia last year.

Business owner Mark Guthrie reported that their 8 salespeople had sold 374 properties in the last financial year.

Their sales values totalled over $165m and the office was able to sell 72 per cent of the properties they put on the market. This is almost unheard for the majority of real estate businesses in Australia.
