Welcome to our new Sales Coach

CEO of Ray White Cranbourne Mark Guthrie is very excited to announce the arrival of the newest member to the team, and one that creates a new role within the business. “The growth of the business over the last few years has created a situation that allows for a new role to be created within our business. The role of Sales Coach will allow our office to provide the perfect training and support environment for new salespeople to enter the real estate industry and have daily training, mentoring and monitoring at an office level. To be able to source an individual as experienced and well respected as Leigh Donovan for this role is fantastic for both us and the new recruits.”

This new position will provide even more growth for the team at Ray White Cranbourne at a time when sales numbers are still strong and activity in the market is still tracking upwards. Our listing and sales numbers are still ahead of last year and our market share is remaining constant well inexcess of 30%.

Leigh has a wealth of experience in real estate over the last 20 years. He has worked in the south eastern and bayside suburbs during this time and has been a business owner both in Cheltenham and Mornington. His passion is developing and training people to realize their goals and the mix of his experience and drive will be a perfect mix for this new role.
