We take professional photos for the externals of all our properties. The initial impact and impression that renters have of your property can have a massive effect. Remember you only get one chance for a first impression. We also take a number of internal photos to best show off your property.

A professional For Lease board will be erected at the property. This helps to identify your property but also catches the passive renters who may live in the area or are driving past and could be attracted to your property from the outside.

Our rental list is updated every day, this is available from our office and we update our twitter and facebook sites regularly too.

Ray White Cranbourne has Open Homes on Saturdays on ALL properties that are currently on our rental list.

24 / 7 On-line Booking System

Our open home booking system will lead to fewer days on market and more days of income for your property. We are also finding with this system we are having better communication with our rental providers and renters about the process and keeping people informed whilst homes are vacant. We have the capability to contact people about the home before an open time is even booked. These are all things that assist with lower vacancy rates and better quality applicants. We have introduced QR coded tags for rental lists. This replaces the old paper handouts and ensures our renters and potential renters have the most up to the second rental information.
