Upon approval of your application by the Rental Provider, one of our property managers will promptly reach out to you to convey the good news.
Following your verbal acceptance of the property, your property manager will provide written confirmation via email, outlining important details such as the lease commencement date, monthly rent, bond amount, and all necessary tenancy documents.
To secure the property, you will be required to remit the first month’s rent via bank cheque or money order made payable to Ray White Cranbourne. Additionally, you must sign and return the tenancy documents within 24 hours of acceptance.
Your property manager will also introduce you to ‘HOOD’ a complimentary utility connections service that can facilitate the transition into your new home by arranging connections for electricity, gas, internet, and other essential services.
Upon moving into the property, you will receive an electronic copy of the condition report and will have five business days to review and sign the report electronically, including any additional comments.
