Exciting new additions to Ray White Cranbourne

The successful team at Ray White Cranbourne just keeps getting bigger and better with the recent arrival of three new members. The growth of our marketshare and continual increase in activity has ensured the three newest members will be busy from day one. It is with great delight that we announce the arrival of Kim, Shanae and Adrian.

Kim Drew, as our second rental business development officer, will be attending to our new rental business in the areas of Lyndhurst, Lynbrook, Cranbourne North, and Narren Warren South. Kim has worked in property management for a numbers of years both locally and at Phillip Island where she started her career. Her years of experience and a strong work ethic and determination to be the best she can be will be great assets.

Shanae McMillan, joins the team as a personal assistant to Paul May in the sales department. Shanae has long harboured a desire to join the real estate business. Her age and lack of experience were considered by many to be against her but her maturity and fantastic work ethic and great attitude to learning were key factors identified by Paul and traits that have shone through early in her career.

Adrian Orleanski, will be working with the Dewan Team as they continue to grow and dominate the marketplace. Adrian has worked for a number of years in the retail and customer service area, and will bring with him those skills plus an absolute focus to work hard and get the job done. These skills be work very well with the Dewan team having the same traits.

I am very pleased to welcome all three to the Ray White Cranbourne team and am very excited about having so much youth joining our team and bringing new ideas. It is a very exciting time ahead for the team as a whole and these three individually too.
