The year 2016 might be coming to a close but the team at Ray White Cranbourne are not slowing down and have just experienced the offices best overall result in its 13 year history. An amazing result by the whole team but also some outstanding personal achievements and efforts. It’s always a pleasure to see all the hard work put in by so many pay off and it’s also very satisfying to see the faces of those that have worked hard and achieved outstanding results.
One of the stand out efforts was our Property management new business department which welcomed a record 50 new landlords to our business in the month of November. This is an extraordinary number by the team of Ashley, Bridget, Jayde and Eden. Bridget also achieved a PB with 26 new managements herself, very well done. The flow on effect of so many new landlords joining our team was that our leasing team also enjoyed a great number of lettings for November with in excess of 40 lettings for the month. With all this activity it’s good to see our arrears rate has remained consistent which is vitally important heading into the holiday season next month.
The sales department also enjoyed a record month with great listing numbers and selling results too. The team completed a second month in a row of good listings with 50 and close to 40 sales for the month also. We did see less multi offer situations than we have in months past but the market remains strong with plenty of buyer interest. We know at this time of year many buyers can become wary but also many are keen to finalise a sale before the end of the year and enjoy the idea of moving into their new home in the New Year. The sales team had a very even result with everyone contributing for the month. Paul Ringeri and his team had an outstanding result last month and were ranked number one in the state and number 28 internationally for the Ray White group with their sales results. Paul and the team enjoyed a Harley ride around the area as a reward for all their hard work and great results.
The year is fast approaching the end but there is still enough time to get involved with the action whether it be as a seller, buyer, landlord or tenant. Make sure you finish the year as strongly as our team and give them a call if you have any real estate requirements.
