Rent Event Success

The hardworking team at Ray White Cranbourne out did themselves on Tuesday 10th September when they conducted a full day of rental open homes for their rent event day. It was an opportunity for the team to open every available rental property and offer an opportunity to potential tenants to view properties at a mid-week time rather than wait for the weekend. It was also a great opportunity for landlords to showcase their property to as many tenants as possible.

The weather was kind and the number of tenants was fantastic with over 100 tenants viewing our properties in only one day. We are expecting plenty of happy landlords over the next few days as plenty of applications roll in and vacant properties become occupied.

The next Rent Event day is already in the planning based upon the fantastic response from this one.
